The role requires 1+ year sales in retail banking, licenses (SIE, FINRA 6, state registrations, Life), and weekend/evening availability. Training and ongoing compliance support are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting them in person or by phone to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor banking solutions.
• Educate clients on Chase technology tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and collaborate with specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
