Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client service in our branch network. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions and using Chase technology to enhance the client experience.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet branch hours including weekends. Licensing via JPMC’s program is required within 180 days if unlicensed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product features.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while adhering to risk guidelines.
• Knowledge of (or ability to obtain) required licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in-branch and over the phone.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Understand products and refer clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
