Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the service level.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring product benefits to clients.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations—deliver attentive and friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, in person and on the phone, to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust and addressing needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist them.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
