JPMorganChase in New York is seeking a Relationship Banker to build meaningful client relationships within a Chase Branch. You will leverage banking solutions and technology to deliver tailored financial guidance with a hospitality-focused service mindset.

You will acquire, manage, and retain clients while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal risk controls. The role requires weekend/evening hours and a commitment to customer-first service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor features and benefits of products to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and ensure a consistent client experience.
• Must meet risk/compliance obligations and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients and connect them to experts for complex needs.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to support their banking needs.
