The role requires licensing, compliance with financial regulations, and availability for branch hours including weekends and some evenings. Success hinges on communication, trust, and proactive client engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses minimum.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients in person and by phone to deepen relationships.
• Explain banking solutions and tailor recommendations to needs.
• Educate clients on Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Consult with clients on banking solutions and connect to experts as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
