Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills for in person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and build trust.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent; SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, Life license requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to deepen relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and online platforms.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
