Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States seeks a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences, build lasting relationships, and provide banking solutions using Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, tailor product recommendations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with specialists.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; all unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMorgan Chase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and over the phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand clients, anticipate needs, and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs anytime, anywhere.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists for advanced needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
