Responsibilities

• Put clients first, delivering attentive service and a welcoming environment.
• Meet with and manage assigned clients in person or by phone to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and propose relevant solutions.
• Educate clients on Chase Digital tools and how to bank anywhere.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking needs with the team.
• Follow all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
