JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and manage client relationships within a Chase branch. You will deliver welcoming, knowledgeable service, recommend suitable financial solutions, and leverage Chase technology to help clients meet their goals.

The role requires a focus on risk controls, sales results, and compliance with banking regulations. Weekend and some evenings work are expected in a dynamic retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with success in acquiring and growing clients.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service levels.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions and tailored product recommendations.
• Strong problem solving with attention to detail to resolve client issues.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• High school diploma or GED required; industry licensing activities must be completed within 180 days if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Proactively manage assigned clients, meeting in person and by phone to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand needs, building trust and offering suitable solutions.
• Educate clients on technology like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs remotely when possible.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
