Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk/tolerance expectations.
• License requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration; eligible for licensing within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to assess needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients about technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
