Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in sales within Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Must meet risk/compliance requirements including training.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, and state registrations; Life licenses required.
• Willing to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to deepen relationships.
• Explain products and services to clients and tailor recommendations.
• Promote technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
