• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust, asking questions and listening.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs remotely.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
