Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in our New York branch to represent the brand and deliver exceptional service. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address clients’ needs.

You will learn and promote Chase products and digital solutions, ensure compliance, and collaborate with a team of experts to assist clients with complex financial needs. Weekend/evening hours required in some branches.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent; licenses required within 180 days.
• willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting them in person or by phone to grow relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust over time.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and refer to specialists as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
