Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a branch to represent the brand with hospitality and tech-enabled banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain meaningful client relationships, applying financial knowledge to tailor solutions that address clients' needs and simplify their lives.

The role requires strong sales and communication skills, ability to work weekend/evenings, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions with the team.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
