Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and technology-driven service in a branch setting. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to tailor solutions and enhance the client experience.

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends/evenings. Licensing and compliance training are required to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk and compliance obligations and complete required training.
• High school level education or equivalent; licensing is required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build relationships, and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
