Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a branch setting, delivering hospitality-focused service and leveraging banking tech to meet client needs. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering tailored financial solutions and high-quality customer care.

You will work with various bank products and services, comply with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with team experts to assist clients with complex needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product benefits.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistency.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school level education or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63) and Life licenses; licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand clients’ needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
