Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand at the branch, delivering warm hospitality, using modern banking tools, and building lasting client relationships.

You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, tailor financial solutions, educate on Chase digital tools, and collaborate with specialists while complying with risk and regulatory requirements.

This role requires licensing milestones, weekend/evening hours, and a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Work hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required) and Life licenses are minimum requirements; must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
