Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand and culture with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and financial technology to deliver friendly service. You will take a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships.

Leverage your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions addressing clients' financial needs and help grow the branch's success, while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while meeting risk and compliance obligations.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are required or obtainable within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust, offering appropriate solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet their banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Comply with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
