Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a branch setting to represent our brand with hospitality and technology-driven solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer tailored banking solutions that meet financial needs and enhance clients' lives.

The role requires strong communication, sales experience, and the ability to work with various teams to connect clients to specialists, while complying with banking regulations and risk

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to tailor product benefits to diverse needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service creating a welcoming environment.
• Proactively manage assigned clients, meeting in person and by phone to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile apps, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
