Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a branch to deliver hospitality, build strong client relationships, and offer thoughtful financial solutions. You will engage clients in person and by phone, understand their needs, and guide them toward appropriate banking services and digital tools.

You will educate clients on Chase Mobile App and online banking, maintain compliance, and collaborate with a team of experts to address complex financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and collaborate with experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
