Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a branch team and deliver hospitality-driven service while building and managing client relationships. You will use banking solutions and digital tools to address financial needs, working with experts to provide tailored recommendations and support.

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service levels.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions with diverse clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent service quality.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training for compliance.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or via phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
