Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, using banking solutions and fintech to help clients. You will take a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships while leveraging financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that simplify clients’ lives.

This role requires completing regulatory training, meeting risk standards, and working branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Provide clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology like Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
