JPMorganChase is hiring a Relationship Banker for our branch to deliver high-quality client service and build lasting relationships. You will use banking solutions and technology to meet client financial needs, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with a team of experts to address complex financial needs. Weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to quickly resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within established risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
