Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in our branch network to deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships. You will advise on financial solutions, use digital tools, and collaborate with specialists to meet client needs.

You will manage assigned clients, open new accounts, and help clients with everyday banking while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensing via JPM licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
