JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch. You will represent our brand, acquire and manage client relationships, and offer thoughtful financial solutions.

You will leverage technology to enhance the client experience and collaborate with a team of experts to address complex needs. You will need at least 1 year of sales experience in retail banking and the ability to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone conversations.
• Ability to work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand needs and recommend products and services.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Understand products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
