You will acquire, manage, and retain meaningful client relationships, leveraging financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and enhance the client experience. The role requires strong communication, a focus on regulatory compliance, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly and with attention to detail while ensuring consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training, including compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand clients' needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist their banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
