Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a branch setting, building lasting relationships and guiding clients through banking solutions.

You will educate clients on technology tools and collaborate with specialists for complex needs, while complying with regulatory requirements and branch policies. The role requires a proactive, service-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours including

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to operate within risk and regulatory guidelines and complete required training.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent (GED accepted).
• License requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain via JPMorgan Chase licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Explain products and services and tailor recommendations to client needs.
• Encourage use of Chase digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult clients and connect them with experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
