Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking Relationship Bankers who will engage clients across multiple channels to provide trusted financial counsel. You will assess customer needs, educate on banking products, open accounts, and process credit applications with accuracy while maintaining regulatory standards.

You will build lasting relationships through proactive outreach, leverage digital tools, and support sales campaigns to grow client engagement and satisfaction across both consumer and small business segments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with participating in sales campaigns/promotions.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify customers’ true needs while using a digital-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across multiple channels including in-person, appointments, and virtual meetings.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Provide a consistent optimal client experience with accurate processing of transactions.
• Collaborate with branch teams and partners to serve clients effectively.
