Job summary

U.S. Bank is looking for a Relationship Banker to build and maintain strong client relationships across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. You’ll assess customers’ banking needs, educate them on deposit and loan products, and promote digital self-service options.

You will open accounts, process requests, and partner with branch teams to deliver exceptional service while maintaining compliance with NMLS rules where applicable and standards for security and privacy.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience or similar training.
• Knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through in-person, appointment, and virtual engagement.
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommends suitable solutions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Demonstrates and promotes digital products and self-service banking options.
• Provides a consistent, high-quality client experience and collaborates with branch teams.
