Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who will engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide thoughtful guidance while supporting a digital-first mindset.

You will build and foster client relationships, assess banking needs, open new accounts, process transactions, and educate clients on deposit and loan products. You will collaborate with branch teams to deliver outstanding service and maximized customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration is required and background/credit checks apply.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Educates clients on digital products and services and suggests appropriate banking solutions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Maintains knowledge of bank policies and supports clients with accuracy and care.
• Collaborates with branch teammates to deliver an optimal client experience.
