Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage clients across in-person, by-appointment, and digital channels. You will assess needs, open accounts, and educate clients on banking products and digital services.

You will build relationships, follow up proactively, and work with branch teams to deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining product knowledge and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration and compliance with SAFÉ Act requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel.
• Open consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Develop collaborations with branch teams to best serve clients.
• Provide a consistent, accurate client experience with operational excellence.
