Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has 3–4 years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engages clients via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide financial counsel.
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommends suitable solutions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Uses digital tools to optimize client experience and ensure accuracy in operations.
