Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum <4 years retail banking experience or commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient with digital banking products.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across multiple channels including in-branch, by appointment, and virtually.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital self‑service options.
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver exceptional client experiences with accuracy.
