Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services and recommend solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Proactively educate clients on digital products and self-service technologies to meet financial needs.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients with operational excellence and accuracy.
