Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a Chase Branch. You will manage relationships, promote banking solutions, and leverage digital tools to meet client financial needs with hospitality and care.

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work hours including weekends/evenings. Compliance training and licensing are mandatory, with on-going professional development offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistent service.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• SIE, Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensing via JPMorganChase program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with experts.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
