Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client service, build lasting banking relationships, and promote Chase solutions at a branch. You will represent our brand with hospitality and integrity, while leveraging digital tools to assist clients.

The role requires compliance with banking regulations, strong communication, and ability to work within branch hours, including weekends. Prior sales or financial services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product benefits.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail and issue resolution abilities.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent; licensing requirements to be pursued.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on Chase technology solutions and how to use them.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions.
