• Input and maintain referrals, customers, and applicants in branch systems with data quality.
• Handle routine teller transactions and account servicing in line with policies.
• Support lifecycle of relationships from new to existing, following consumer banking standards.
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory compliance requirements; assist with miscellaneous duties.
