F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Relationship Banker to support retail banking operations and drive customer-focused sales at multiple market locations in Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes customer service, transaction handling, and referral-driven sales opportunities.

The incumbent will adhere to FNB policies and risk management guidelines while delivering quality service and cross-selling bank products to clients. Onboarding includes training at various branches as needed.

Qualifications

High School or GED required.
0 years of related experience required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services is preferred.
Licensure: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry identifier preferred.

Responsibilities

Promotes the sales process by greeting customers, identifying needs, and leveraging sales leads.
Makes recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services.
Identifies and achieves weekly sales/referral goals.
Inputs referrals and maintains data quality in branch systems.
Performs routine teller transactions and other operational duties.
Works at various locations within the market as needed.
Adheres to all policies, procedures, and risk management standards.
