Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliant within 30 days with background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel as needed for assignments.
• Willingness to work weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, convenience and other product and service lines.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service as well as individual and branch sales targets by offering products and services with a focus on developing, expanding and retaining relationships.
• Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring more complex client needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge to better serve clients by attending trainings.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls, policies and risk management guidelines.
• Ensures a consistent client service experience by greeting clients and assisting them throughout branches.
• May perform teller duties as needed.
