Job summary

Truist in Florida seeks a client-focused team member to deliver industry-leading service in person and by phone, developing new and existing client relationships and providing financial solutions through consultative conversations.

You will be cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed, contribute to branch sales goals, and refer complex requests to specialists while adhering to internal controls and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and Prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and handle routine service and sales tasks.
• Contribute to meeting branch sales targets through consultative conversations.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for growth opportunities.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Greet clients, conduct transactions, and assist with teller duties when needed.
