Truist Financial in Florida seeks a client-focused professional to deliver an industry-leading service experience in person and on the phone. You will develop and expand client relationships, offer financial solutions, and refer more complex needs to specialists while cross-training for teller duties as needed.

The role requires strong communication, ability to multitask, and a willingness to work weekends and extended hours. Compliance with controls and regulatory requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsabilités

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting client service and sales targets by developing, expanding and retaining relationships.
• Supports team sales process by consultative conversations and referrals to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Ensures a consistent client service experience and greets clients within the branch.
