Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with travel/overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone
• Develop and expand client relationships with consultative conversations
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists
• Assist with teller duties as needed
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications
• Adhere to policies and risk management standards
• Promote sales targets by offering bank products and services
• Support branch sales processes and customer navigation within the branch
