Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused teammate to deliver excellent client service in person and by phone while expanding client relationships. You will provide financial solutions through consultative conversations and referrals to partners, with cross-training for teller duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and related regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.

Responsibilities
