Truist Wealth in Florida is seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver outstanding client service in person and by phone, developing and expanding relationships and offering financial solutions that meet client needs through consultative conversations and referrals to specialists.

The role includes cross-training to perform teller duties, supporting the branch sales process, advising on consumer lending options, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and risk policies while

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days, including NMLS checks and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours, with possible travel/overnights.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred; high school diploma acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced client servicing with deposits, credit and other products.
• Contribute to achieving client service and branch sales targets through relationship growth.
• Support sales process with consultative conversations and referrals to specialists.
• Participate in leadership routines and branch initiatives.
• Advance sales knowledge through meetings, trainings, and learning sessions.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to controls, procedures, and risk management; stay updated on policies.
• Provide a consistent client experience with courteous transactions and needs discovery.
