Truist is seeking a Regular team member for the Inverness, MS area to deliver exceptional client service and support growth through consultative conversations and referrals. The role includes potential teller duties and cross-training to support branch operations.

The position emphasizes relationship building, sales targets, and adherence to risk controls while providing mortgage and consumer lending guidance as needed. Weekend hours and travel may be required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and valid NMLS background check
• Ability to multi-task and travel for staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends/extended hours including travel

• Develop and expand client relationships to meet service and sales targets
