Job summary

Truist Wealth in Naples, FL is seeking a regular bank branch professional to deliver exceptional client service in person and by phone. You will develop and expand client relationships, cross-train in teller duties, and guide customers on lending options while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes consultative sales, meeting branch targets, and collaborating with internal specialists to address complex needs. Some travel and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check which includes meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service experience in person and over the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals.
• Cross trained to perform required teller duties as needed.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies and maintain compliance.
