Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Regular position to provide premier client service in person and by phone, expanding existing client relationships and delivering financial solutions. The role may include cross-training for teller duties as needed to support branch operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client sales and service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced banking environment, with weekend/extended hours flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, convenience and other product and service lines.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services to develop and retain relationships.
• Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring more complex client needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
