Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 4+ years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; enjoy interacting with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days, including NMLS background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client service and sales across deposit, credit, and other product lines.
• Contribute to meeting/exceeding client service and sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Consult with clients and refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and processes.
• Improve personal sales techniques and product knowledge through training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with policies and risk management requirements.
• Lead sales initiatives within the branch and serve as a resource.
• Delight clients with professional, courteous service during transactions.
