Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications like Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and ongoing regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service experience in person and over the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships with consultative conversations.
• Cross-sell products and refer to specialists when needed.
• Assist with teller duties as required to support branch operations.
