Truist Wealth seeks an experienced banker to deliver exceptional client service both in person and by phone. You will deepen client relationships through consultative conversations, refer complex needs to specialists, and support branch sales targets with proactive product recommendations.

You may also perform teller duties as needed and assist with consumer lending applications while strictly following policy and risk guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience preferred.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliant within 30 days and background check requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Able to work weekends and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships with consultative conversations.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for growth opportunities.
• Support branch sales targets through advisory conversations and referrals.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to policies and risk management guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive client experience during transactions.
